Water-based, low-VOC membrane-forming curing compound. Locks in moisture for predictable hydration on industrial floors — without the environmental footprint of solvent-based alternatives.
Fresh concrete cures by hydration — a chemical reaction that needs water. When surface water evaporates too quickly, the top layer hydrates incompletely, causing micro-cracks, dusting, surface weakness, and reduced long-term durability.
Curing Compound forms a continuous membrane within minutes of application, sealing the concrete surface. Water stays in the matrix — hydration completes uniformly — strength gains follow predictable curves.
Large-format slabs, automated guided vehicle (AGV) zones, racking systems.
Heavy-duty production environments with forklift traffic and machinery loads.
Bridge decks, tunnel linings, harbour aprons and other civil works.
Port and intermodal yards with high-frequency container handling.
Curing Compound doesn't ship alone. Pick the level of support your project needs.
All three products are water-based and low-VOC. The right choice depends on project size, surface exposure, and follow-on coating requirements.
